Flavorful American cuisine awaits you at Mister Collins, a delicious Miami dining establishment located just steps from the suites at ONE Bal Harbour Resort & Spa. Our creative flavors and upscale-casual atmosphere perfectly complement the luxury of ONE Bal Harbour. Offering indoor and al fresco dining, a wide range of classic courses and a wide selection of wines, our Bal Harbour Restaurant accommodates any palate and preference.

Our menu is stocked with made-from-scratch dishes, including savory starters, salads, sandwiches, sides and entrees. Our fresh take on "Wester Ross" Pan Roasted Salmon contrasts with our hearty Pop’s Pork Chop or "Bell and Evans" Brick Chicken, each served with smashed potatoes. Crab Cake Salad and Seared Diver Scallops provide a taste of the Atlantic, which sits just feet from our terrace. We serve sandwiches and salads as lighter options, and our breakfast and lunch menus offer a range of dishes for any occasion.

Mister Collins has more than 60 wines, including fine aromatic whites, eclectic reds and pinot noir. Our craft beer menu features Florida favorites such as The Native Lager, The Eleven Brown Ale and Monk in the Trunk alongside other refreshing selections from breweries far and wide.

Our oceanfront location serves as the perfect setting for an upscale-casual dining experience, as our main dining room, bar and terrace can each accommodate power lunches, romantic evening dates or business gatherings. Our main dining area can be booked for private events.
